A PLAN to build a single-storey light industrial and storage unit on the site of two existing sheds at Backfields, Upton-upon-Severn, will be considered by Malvern District Council's southern area planning committee on Monday (June 4). Officers are recommending approval of the plan by Mr V Bradford.
