PRS Summer Tennis League Division One
After their faltering start to the season, champions Studley A seem to be getting into their stride.
They notched up their second consecutive win defeating Campden A 3-1. But it was tight with three of the four matches going to three sets.
The top of the table clash was won 4-0 by Inkberrow A, but Stratford B put up a fight. Again three of the matches needed all three sets to decide the outcome and there were two tie breaks, which could have gone either way.
Finally this week, Littleton A entertained Tanworth A and the home side triumphed 3-1.
This was Littleton's first win this time around and only Tanworth's second point of the season (thanks to Harry Littlechild and Phil Wells) - and remember these two sides finished second and third last season. This shows how much stronger the standard is in this division this year.
