The date for the 75th anniversary dinner will be Monday, October 22, at the Swan Hotel, Stourport.
Mary-Lou Lockyer, from Leigh Sinton will be VCO for the annual meeting.
Members have been invited to take part in a quiz night to support the Three Arts Guild, at the Brinton Arms, Stourport.
Margaret Cook reported on the group meeting, Barbara Hughes on the outing to Joddrell Bank, and Patsy Anderson on the skittles.
Members were asked for ideas for a summer outing, such as to Llangollen, a shopping trip to Denman College and Bicester, or a tour of Herefordshire calling at Eardisley and Hay-on-Wye.
These will be further discussed at the June meeting.

The competition on June 11 will be A Miner's Pastie. Visitors will be welcome, at a nominal entrance fee, to include light refreshments.
