A DRIVER who was more than three times over the alcohol limit when he crashed his car at Broadwaters has been bailed by Kidderminster magistrates for a report.
Lee Barth and his two passengers ran from the accident and were arrested later in Springfield Park, said prosecutor Kieran Cunningham.
Barth, 31, of Park Street, Kidderm-inster, admitted driving with a breath alcohol reading of 108, against the limit of 35, and failing to stop after an accident.
He also admitted illegal possession of cannabis and a lock knife.
