A DRIVER accused of deliberately colliding with a woman in Castle Road, Kidderminster, in April, is to go for crown court trial, magistrates decided. Leighton Mitchell, 20, of Chequers Close, Stourport, was bailed to await committal for trial on charges of dangerous driving, driving while banned and having no insurance.
