DOES L Spiteri (You Say, May 21) purposely misinterpret letters to afford himself an escape route?
His attempt to gain support by pretending that I have blamed nurses for strikes is so transparent. Nurses have always kept their dignity in such matters. It was the porters who caused the strike to which I referred.
I suggest the gentleman reads his reference books more thoroughly.
