Councillor Mike Oborski, policy and implementation; Councillor John Gordon, human resources; Councillor Andrew Morgan, emergency and urgent business; Councillor Helen Dyke, miscellaneous functions; Councillor June Salter, joint national council appointments; Councillor Jamie Shaw, strategy, best value and performance overview and scrutiny; Councillor Howard Martin, community life, health and safety overview and scrutiny; Councillor Pat Rimell, licensing and environmental; Councillor Stephen Clee, development control; Councillor Peter Dyke, enforcement; Councillor Pauline Hayward, appeals; and Councillor Elizabeth Davies, hospital and health services task group.
