BROMSGROVE Rovers' future could hang on fresh takeover talks today.

Chief executive Pat Bannister is due to meet with former chairman Stuart Arnold in a bid to sort out the purchase of Arnold's majority shareholding in the club.

Bannister has said he is not willing to invest in the club until the issue is resolved, or make a permanent managerial appointment.

Eric McManus and Paul Madders have taken charge of the team as caretaker bosses since the departure of George Rooney in October.

Despite reaching the third round of the FA Umbro Trophy, Rovers have taken just one point in their last 11 Dr Martens League Western Division games and are one place off the bottom.
