KIDDERMINSTER Harriers players and officials will still be on tour in Denmark on Monday - but their thoughts will be turning to home and other things!

For that's when manager Jan Molby's Nationwide League Division Three new boys will learn of their fate in the two-leg first round of the Worthington Cup.

And with the chance of being drawn against the likes of Birmingham City, West Bromwich Albion and Wolver-hampton Wanderers the telephone line to Aggborough is likely to be red hot!

The first leg is scheduled for Wed-nesday, August 23, with the return on Wednesday, September 6.

At the moment, though, Kiddermin-ster are in the throes of stepping up the countdown to their opening Division Three match of the season against Torquay United at Aggborough on Saturday, August 12.

After today's match with FB Cop-enhagen, Kidderminster will complete their Danish tour by taking on Vor-dingborg on Monday, Farum on Tues-day and Hornbaek on Wednesday.

For Kidderminster it is a rigorous schedule which follows their intense start to pre-season training, which has included swimming followed by two sessions a day at Wolverley's Brown Westhead Park. And last Monday there was also time to fit in a friendly at Burton which Harriers won 4-1.

Regarding the hectic 'warm-up' programme, former Swansea boss Molby said: "The players have accepted it. Obviously, there were one or two moans and groans the first couple of days, but they have got used to it and are enjoying it."
