KIDDERMINSTER Harriers have decided to take no further action over the alleged incident involving striker John Durnin following last Tuesday's Nationwide League Division Three clash at Darlington.

It was claimed two-goal hero was headbutted by home skipper Martin Gray in the tunnel after the match.

Gray, however, is unlikely to face an FA charge after the Football League said the report from referee Trevor Jones did not refer to the alleged incident.

Kidderminster boss Jan Molby, who had threatened to take the matter up with the FA, said today: "There's nothing we can do if it's not included in the referee's report. That the end of the matter as far as we are concerned.

"Whether I'm happy enough is not an issue."

Regarding taking the matter further Harriers chairman Lionel Newton said: "It's not in the best interests of the club and we won't be submitting any report to the FA.

"I've spoken with Darlington's chairman and as far as I'm concerned the matter is closed."
