YOUNGSTERS Andrew Corbett and Ben Davies are set for a place in Kidderminster Harriers starting-up for tomorrow's Nationwide League Division Three clash against York City at Bootham Crescent (3pm).

Both had their first taste of league action earlier in the season and Jan Molby is poised to give them another chance to impress in Harriers' last game of the season.

"The more experience they can get the better," said the Aggborough boss, whose side will be bidding to complete their first league 'double' of the season.

"They have both done okay and they have done everything we have asked of them. They haven't played a lot in the first team which was never the idea anyway, so there's no complaints.

"We'll be experimenting a little bit with the line-up and so will York probably.

"It's the last game and both teams are safe. We are looking more to the future, but on the other hand it would be nice to win."

Nineteen-year-old Worcester-born striker Corbett has made the starting line-up in two league matches for Harriers this season plus two substitute appearances.

Midfielder Davies, who will be 20 later this month, has played just one full league game with one appearance as sub.

Striker John Durnin will not figure in the squad following his release by the club.

When York visited Aggborough in November they were beaten 3-1 with Harriers goals coming from Adie Smith (2) and Ian Foster.

Molby accepts that Kidderminster have been poor travellers this season and will need to improve next term if they intend to be challenging for promotion.

He said: "It would be nice to win tomorrow. Three away league wins all season is a poor return.

"It would be good to pick up another one because I think it is obviously pretty clear that we need to improve our away form.

"We have 17 away points this season and we'll need ten, 12 or 13 more next season to have a real chance. We proved at Cheltenham recently that in the right frame of mind there's nothing that's fazing us.

"York are behind us in the league and at one stage they looked absolute certainties for relegation but their manager Terry Dolan has turned it around and they are safe now."

The Minstermen finally guaranteed safety last Saturday with a 2-2 draw at relegation-haunted Torquay.

Molby is hoping to have talks with Crewe defender Chris Lightfoot, who has turned out for the reserves in recent weeks. He has also declared an interest in midfielder Paul Sheerin, currently with Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
