THE comments by doctors' representatives reinforce all the criticisms the Conservatives have made of the Government's NHS Plan - it clearly is a set of unworkable wish lists.
The increasing gap between the Government's rhetoric and the reality of the NHS has been exposed for the political hoax that it is. Dr Chisholm's recent open letter to all GPs, sent on February 26, is a damning indictment of Tony Blair and Alan Milburn's health policies, not only for the residents in Worcestershire, but throughout the United Kingdom.
The Government continues to neglect general practice. Bureaucracy is out of control. Labour's obsession with stunts and political priorities has blinded them to the real needs of the NHS as we see to the detriment of residents in Kidderminster.
