A SECOND clean sheet in a row for keeper Tim Clarke was the most important outcome from Tuesday night's goal-less draw at home to his former club Scunthorpe.
After conceding 12 goals in three games, the experienced Clarke has now not been beaten in 180 minutes.
The transfer-listed 35-year-old is battling to attract attention from other clubs unless he can persuade boss Jan Molby to keep him next season.
Clarke admitted: "I'm delighted with any clean sheet at the moment. We had to tighten things up after those three games where we conceded a lot of goals.
"Everyone is working hard and we seem to have addressed the situation defensively.
"Scunthorpe are a good side who play a bit of football but also use Torps (target man Steve Torpey) well.
"We are disappointed not to be winning games but at least we are getting to the stage where we are not losing.
"The boss has given me another chance and if nothing comes up here, at least I am keeping myself in the shop window."
