THE Lent Lunch held at the Vicarage last Sunday raised £103 for our two local play schools in Castlemor-ton and Longdon.
Thank you to all the people who came, helped with the provisions and gave donations.
There will be a service of Evening Prayer at St Mary's Church on Sunday (March 18) at 6.30pm. Also on that day, Bridge Builders meets in the Vicarage at 11.15am.
If you are aged between 5 and 12, go along and join in the fun.
The Deanery Lent Course continues on Thursday, March 22 at Upton Church Rooms, starting at 7.30pm.
