A WOMAN died after being cut free from her car by firefighters following a crash at on the A456 road at Clows Top, Rock, on Monday.
Georgina Hubble, 57, from Stechford, Birmingham, was travelling in a Ford Orion which was in collision with a Volkswagen Passat at about 4pm.
Her husband was taken to Selly Oak Hospital by Air Ambulance.
The driver of the other car is believed to have been treated for chest injuries at Ronkswood Hospital, Worcester.
Diversions were set up while the emergency services cleared the wreckage and the Bewdley-Tenbury road was closed for more than two hours.
