HOCKEY: Chaddesley Corbett bounced back to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Tenbury and moved into mid-table security in DTZ League West Midlands Two.
Player-coach Roger List proved the inspiration for a vastly improved performance by the villagers providing organisation and leadership to the side.
Constant first-half pressure played in heavy rain brought a single success with Martin Dudley scoring from a short corner.
Dudley doubled the score again from a short corner in the first minute of the second half.
Numerous chances were created but Tenbury defended gallantly and in a rare attack sneaked a goal.
That proved the spur Chaddesley needed and two late strikes from Guy Green secured a comprehensive victory.
