THE Prime Minister is to visit Redditch later this year to open the latest stage of the town centre redevelopment.
Mr Wilson has suggested September 22, when he will be visiting the National Exhibition Centre, as a suitable date and he is expected to be in Redditch between 3.30-5.30pm.
He will be officially opening Phase Two of the town centre, the area which includes Worcester Square and its palm trees, the giant new Woolworth and the covered mall linking Royal Square and Kingfisher Walk, the original part of the redevelopment shopping area.
