Coventry Sphinx 2 Feckenham 0
The Millers started brightly with Andy Underwood going through on goal after being released by Richard Pincher only to shoot straight at keeper Morris.
Minutes later Underwood again went through only to be chopped on the edge of the area but Pincher sent the kick well over.
Sphinx began to take control and Duncan MacDonald in the Millers goal saved two one-on-ones.
Coventry forced five corners in the space of five minutes with Taylor getting on the end of one to score at the far post with a great header.
Minutes before half-time Ian Edwards almost scored with a header fom an Underwood cross but the opposition went up the other end to score through McDabe after a slip from a Feckenham defender. The second half again started well for the Millers with most of the action in the Coventry half but on 60 minutes all hope of a fightback disappeared when Dean Hadley was sent off after an altercation with McDabe.
