A REDDITCH teenager who became the youngest person in Britain to have an anti-social behaviour order placed against him now faces fresh charges.
The 14-year-old boy, who cannot be named, will appear Redditch Youth Court tomorrow after being charged with breaching the order for the second time.
He has also been charged with racially aggravated public order, racially aggravated criminal damage and handling stolen goods.
The boy was given a nine-month supervision order in June after breaching the anti-social behaviour order, placed on him in September 1999.
The order was brought after the court heard he threw eggs at windows, kicked neighbours' doors, jumped on abandoned cars, misbehaved in shops and bullied children.
