THE impact foot and mouth is having on communities has been tabled for discussion in parliament by the Spa's Tory MP.
Peter Luff has prepared a number of parliamentary questions about how the epidemic is affecting Mid-Worcestershire.
His questions include calls for more information about the Chaddesley Corbett outbreak, which has led to mass slaughter in Cutnall Green.
He also wants to know what the impact will be on canal boat operators and what precautions shops selling agricultural products should take.
Mr Luff said: "As this dreadful disease spreads, the implications become more serious.
"In some cases I do not think the Government has done enough.
"In others -- for example the closure of canals -- it may be there has been an overreaction.
"I look forward to the Government responding to my concerns."
