A NIGHT out ended up in a court appearance and fine for a Droitwich man.
Darren Walton, of Petersfield Drive, was among youths fighting outside Images nightclub, in Worcester, on December 28, last year.
On Monday, Worcester magistrates heard Walton was seen by police striking another man's face.
Nigel Reader, prosecuting said none of the people on the receiving end of the violence had made a complaint and Walton had been prosecuted on the basis of what police had seen.
The 21-year-old admitted using thre-atening words or abusive behaviour tow-ards another person.
He was fined £60 and ordered to pay £55 costs.
