STUDENTS at Arrow Vale Community Sports College will meet Redditch's Conservative prospective Parliamentary candidate this week to discuss concerns over the lack of leisure facilities for young people.
Karen Lumley said being a mother of two teenagers had alerted her to the shortage of facilities in the town.
Mrs Lumley added: "I am delighted to be able to meet these young people who have written to me with their concerns.
"Having two teenagers of my own, I am only too aware of the lack of leisure facilities in Redditch.
"It is important we are able to look after the needs of all sectors of society.
"Obviously I welcome the proposals at the Abbey Stadium but in the short term, we need to listen to these young people's concerns."
