UP to 90 jobs could be created if the go-ahead is given to develop a call centre at an old MEB site in Windsor Road, Enfield.
Planning committee members met last night to discuss the application by Dial Direct.
The centre will employ people working on a shift pattern.
Officers have recommended approval as the site falls within a "primary employment area."
