REDDITCH ringroad could be closed off four times while explosives are used to demolish part of Kingfisher House in the town centre.
A 50-metre exclusion zone around the building, which is coming down as part of a £60 million centre revamp, will be in place between 6.45am and 7.15am.
Worcestershire County Council's highways partnership has not confirmed when the closures will take place, but notices informing drivers will be in place next Wednesday.
Highways manger for Redditch Jim Casey said: "They are using explosives to remove some of the beams. They will wrap them up and detonate.
"There will be a 50-metre exclusion area and anything within the area will be stopped from moving for half-an-hour."
He added: "There is always the possibility of flying debris so we need to shut the ring road."
