AN emergency telephone line has been installed to cope with calls from distressed farmers about licence information.
BT was called out to install the new line for Worcestershire Trading Standards after being inundated with calls at the weekend.
Farmers had been calling after the news licences would be issued to farmers to move unaffected livestock to approved slaughterhouses.
The new Trading Standards helpline is 01905 350086.
