THREE members of a Droitwich Spa family have been hauled before the courts charged with affray.
Sarah Biddle, aged 53, her 26-year-old daughter, Annette Biddle, and Paul Biddle, aged 19, appeared at Worcester Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The trio made no plea to the charge of affray at the Green Dragon, in Evesham, on December 27, last year.
Their case was adjourned until Monday April 2, at Droitwich Magistrates' Court, in Ombersley Street East, for committal to Worcester Crown Court.
Annette Biddle, of Farriers Square, was remanded in custody.
Paul Biddle, of Charland Court, was granted technical unconditional bail and Sarah Biddle, of Shepherd Pool Road, Evesham, had her unconditional bail extended.
Two teenage girls, who cannot be named for legal reasons, also appeared on the same charge and pleaded guilty.
Their case was committed to the youth court on Wednesday March 28.
A string of other alleged offences involving Annette Biddle and Paul Biddle have been adjourned until Monday April 2, so all matters can be dealt with together.
