PROCEEDINGS against Bromsgrove District Council's Labour group leader on charges of a breach of the Data Protection Act have been adjourned.
Cllr Peter McDonald (Uffdown and Waseley) was set to appear before Redditch Magistrates' Court yesterday but a new date is now expected to be set this morning.
