EVESHAM United are likely to be without front man Steve Taylor for tonight's Dr Martens League Western Division game at Cirencester Town (7.45).
The former Kidderminster Harriers and Bromsgrove Rovers striker suffered a groin injury in Saturday's 1-0 derby defeat at Redditch and is rated as doubtful by manager Phil Mullen.
The Robins boss has yet to decide on a possible replacement for a game that could see United move into second place, having missed an opportunity to do so on Saturday when rivals Bilston Town were also beaten.
Mullen expects more heavy conditions tonight, after Saturday's game at Redditch only went ahead at the behest of both managers, who wanted to play despite the waterlogged conditions.
He said: "The pitch lost us the game on Saturday and it will probably be the same scenario at Cirencester.
"It will be a difficult fixture - they have had some good results recently. We can't afford to drop off the pace."
Evesham's trip to promotion rivals Tiverton Town has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 18 (7.45).
