Poor Kidderminster Harriers suffered a touch of dj vu as they slumped to a second heavy defeat of the season at the hands of Blackpoool at Bloomfield Road.

Jan Molby's side were torn apart in an embarrassing victory for the play-off challengers.

Harriers are still learning heir trade in Division Three but they will have to defend better than the nine goals conceded in the last two games would seem to suggest.

The visitors, who were beaten 4-1 by the seaside club at Aggborough earlier in the season, pulled level with a fortunate own goal from Danny Coid on 20 minutes after John Murphy headed classy Blackpool ahead on six minutes.

But the excellent Murphy grabbed another six minutes later and went on to complete his hat-trick in the second half with a penalty, while Richard Wellens and Brett Ormerod were also on target.

It was a flat afternoon for all Molby's men although Dean Bennett's hard-working display caught the eye.
