I REFER to George Cowley's letter regarding my sense of social obligation.
My sense of social obligation is directed towards all those, who have to fund an annual rise in council tax of 10 per cent, or more, from "fixed" incomes, which increases in line with annual inflation rates, of around two per cent.
That means our councillors, with their 10 per cent council taxes rises, are taking money from those who can ill afford it.
N TAYLOR,
Worcester.
