AWARD-winning comedian Tommy Tiernan will be delivering his witty one-liners at the Everyman, Cheltenham, on Sunday, March 11.
Drawing on his recollections of growing up in rural Ireland, his thoughts on relationships and reflections on the world at large, Tommy's act is composed of funny stories and observations.
He recently returned from a sell-out series of shows at the Irish arts Centre in New York and is now making a UK tour.
Within two years of starting his stand-up career, he won the 1998 Perrier Award and was 1999 British Comedy award winner.
A formally-trained actor, he was seen by millions in the final episode of Father Ted as Father Kevin, the crying priest.
He hosted BBC1's The Stand Up Show and appeared in a 30-minute solo special, Tommy Tiernan is Alive. His first book will be published this year.
The show is at 7.30pm. Tickets are £7 to £9.50, from the box office on 01242 572573.
