ANOTHER week has elapsed with still no tangible improvement in programmes transmitted from Malvern. We still have sound in broken dialogue, loud crackling on all channels with stipes across the screen on some at random.
The spokesman for Ondigital displayed considerable arrogance in suggesting we all retune. This would achieve nothing unless we revert to the Sutton Coldfield mast, as we were prior to the transmitter being installed.
It is about time this company put aside its commercial gain and stopped interfering with all the other programmes for which we, the licence-payers, have paid to enjoy.
To them we say OFFdigital, until such time as you get it right. You are the weakest link. Goodbye.
