I FOUND H Klee's letter of February 13 which suggested cutting free from EU red tape most baffling.

Judging by the re-enactment of The Second World War - complete with Dunkirk, Roosevelt and fighter command - I take it that he/she does not approve of the EU.

The letter also claimed that capitalism is important because it creates more wealth, power and supports individual freedom. Socialism may be riddled with red tape, but the gap between rich and poor is never greater than under capitalism.

As for more individual freedom under a capitalist system, former South African President Mandela may disagree with you there.
