WOMEN under pressure have been offered some light relief in the form of free stress reduction classes which are underway in Kidderminster.
The course is being staged by the Oldington and Foley Park Community Network in partnership with the Worker's Education Association.
The programme, which is open to women who live in the Oldington and Foley Park ward, began yesterday with a session about aromatherapy and continues until April at the Woodbury Centre at 20 Woodbury Road.
The initiative, which is sponsored by the Worcestershire Lifelong Learning Network, provides a creche.
The future sessions, all on Wednesdays, are: March 7, hand massage, March 14, relaxation techniques, March 21, good food, March 28, tba, April 4, tba. For further details or to book places on any of the sessions, which take place between 10am and noon, contact Ellen Coe on 01562 69484.
