WILLERSEY suffered only their second defeat of the season in all competitions as they fell to a surprise defeat in the quarter-finals of the Evesham Sunday League's Black & White Garages Bluck Cup.

A solitary goal from Shaun Ridge saw Plum Tree into the last four, where they are joined by Salford Rovers who defeated Broadway United in a penalty shoot-out after the two sides had shared six goals and in form Stratford Yates who hit six at Trumpeteers with Carlo Giorgio netting a hat-trick.

Upton Snodsbury moved into the last eight of the Tewkesbury Sports Knockout Cup as an Andrew Rogers goal took them past Evesham WMC.

In the Evesham Mechanical Services Subsidiary Cup, Pebworth moved into the last eight as goals from Wakefield (2), Hollands and Clevely defeated Tewkesbury Town.

In a high scoring tie at Lower Moor, Guiting Rangers won through with an odd goal in nine win to reach the last four.

First division Bretforton VIC continue their march towards the summit with a comfortable win over Mickleton Rangers with goals from Gregory (2), Mitchell (2), Reeves and Malins.

The top two in Division Two moved away from the chasing pack. Hospital Club completed the double over Badsey Rec with goals from Hemming and Greenwood, while Offenham Rovers hit six past Ilmington Rangers with Lee Tustin scoring four times.

Red Horse dropped points as they were held at Moreton Town. Harding scored for the home team with Stride replying for the Horsemen.

In Division Three, Swan Sports defeated Riverside with goals from Jordan (2) and Duncan, while Littleton comfortably defeated struggling Bury.

Ambassador moved within two points of the fourth division leaders after hitting seven past Ashton Reserves. Neil Emms scored twice.

Bretforton Old Boys recorded their biggest win of the season hitting nine past Crown Athletic with the goals coming from Hemming (3), Jelfs (2), Hurst (2), Pratley and Newman.

Goals from Potts and Strangwood gave bottom side Mickleton Rangers Reserves a half time lead but second half goals from Kirk and Richmond earned Haven Harriers a point.
