I READ with disgust about the pay out from Worcestershire County Council for the Broadway by-pass and even more disgusting is the council officers who put the stigma on Sandscroft Avenue as being the poorest part.
We own our house in Sandscroft Avenue lock, stock and barrel; how many people in the 'better area' of the village can say this?
It was just fields behind us when we first chose to buy our house, but now its, lights, noise, dust and pollution, but then living in the poorest part these things do not matter.
