CYCLING: Wyre Forest Cycle Racing Club veteran, Bill Picton, 70, took two awards at the Midland Veteran Time Trials Association's annual prize giving.
He won the WE Jones Trophy for best in his age and the Bill Massie Trophy for the best over-65.
Picton covered distances of 10, 25, 30 and 50 miles to gain these awards on a bike with a single fixed gear, which he uses for practising and even for longer distances of 100 miles.
