MORE than 100 young people will take part in Herefordshire and Worcestershire's first young people's Enterprise Insight forum tomorrow.

Youngsters aged between eight and 25 from across the area will join Prince's Trust Volunteers, Young Farmers, Modern Apprentices, the Redditch Youth Service and Worcestershire College of Technology students for a unique opportunity to work with local business people.

They will be invited to voice their views about business today and their expectations for tomorrow and business will be given the opportunity to show its human face and the role it plays as part of everyone's lives.

Around 40 senior business people and young entrepreneurs who have made a start in business will help run workshops and trading exercises for the event which is being held at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern from 11.30am until 2pm.

Enterprise Insight was launched by Prime Minister Tony Blair and is a joint venture by the Institute of Directors, the Confederation of British Industry and the British Chambers of Commerce.

Local partners include the Prince's Trust, Shell LiveWIRE, the Chamber of Commerce Herefordshire and Worcestershire and Young Enterprise.

"I wish I'd had this kind of opportunity when I was young," said Terry Owens, speaking on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce.

"The forum is a great chance for future Anita Roddicks or Richard Bransons to find out what it takes to make a business successful."
