A £1M project to transform one of the oldest buildings in Bromsgrove will be completed at the end of April, creating 20 new jobs for the area.
The Hogshead Pub Company is knocking through and renovating three units, in High Street, commonly known as The Gables, which date back to the Victorian era.
The company is working closely with local planners to ensure renovations are in keeping with the original character of the listed building.
The manager of the Bromsgrove venue, Sai Hym Lee, said: "We describe Hogshead as a 'contemporary twist to the traditional pub'.
"The interior is designed to appeal to a modern lifestyle yet the service is based on good time-honoured pub values."
