FECKENHAM are gunning for a cup double at the weekend after a dramatic Challenge Cup win on Saturday.

The Millers knocked out Division One outfit Thimblemill REC 6-5 on penalties to earn a tricky home tie against Premier rivals Marconi.

And with cups keeping the season alive for the mid-table side, Saturday's trip to Banks's One South high-fliers Bewdley Town in the Smedley Crooke Cup (ko 2.30pm) keeps open another chance of silverware.

Clive and Mark Campion have the luxury of an almost fully-fit squad with player-manager Clive, who is short of match fitness, the only absentee. Regulars like sweeper Justin Dankenbring, forwards Richard Hadley (work commitments) and Andy Underwood (ankle), midfielders Jimmy Harper (work) and Carl Dainter (ankle ligaments) and defender Steve Taylor (gashed leg) have all returned to the fray.

New signing Kevin Woodward made his debut as sub in the 4-0 loss to Pershore.

And the left wing-back, signed from Birmingham AFA Premier side Wake Green, is pressing for his first start after missing the Thimblemill match and Wednesday's impressive 0-0 draw with Sutton Town.
