THE Shadow Foreign Secretary visited Redditch last Thursday to raise support for the Save The Pound campaign.
Francis Maude visited the town centre with the Tory prospective Parliamentary candidate Karen Lumley after spending time with Howard Cooke and Company, a firm which exports all over Europe.
While he was here, Mr Maude talked with townsfolk about the importance of saving the pound.
Mr Maude said: "I've had a good day in Redditch and there seems to be a lot of support for the campaign."
After his flying visit to Redditch Mr Maude went to Birmingham to be part of the panel for Question Time.
