IN Lickey End, we have halls for meetings - the working men's club, the Methodist Chapel, and the Marlbrook church hall.
In any case, we are not an isolated village community, being only one mile from Bromsgrove and its existing and promised facilities.
So why should we pay an extra rate to provide an unnecessary parish hall?
