A TEENAGER has been hauled before the courts for graffiti offences in Droitwich Spa.
The 15-year-old appeared at Worcester Youth Court on Friday December 15 and was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay costs of £30 and compensation.
Spa beat manager PC Alun Jones said: "This successful court action underlines the commitment shown by ourselves, local authorities and the community, that graffiti will not be tolerated."
