STRAIGHT-LACED councillors turned down a suggestion to call a street in Bromsgrove, near the police station, Letsby Avenue.
The other name put forward by officers was Chancery Mews which, members of Bromsgrove District Council 's planning committee plumped for at their latest meeting on December 18.
