Paul Reynolds, 30, of Talbot Close, Hartlebury, was banned for 28 days and fined £200, with £35 costs, by Kidderminster magistrates after admitting his fourth speeding offence since 1998.
He admitted driving his Audi estate car at 83mph on the 60mph Bewdley by-pass.
