CHARGES against three men of wounding and racially-aggravated damage to a car are to go before a crown court judge, magistrates have ruled.
John Maffei, 31, Gianfranco Marcarelli, 28, and Joseph Marcarelli, 32, all of Lorne Street, Kidderminster, are accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm on Terence Sadler on a night in August and causing £200 of damage to a car belonging to Bhavinder Singh. They were bailed to be in court for committal for trial on February 15.
