WORCESTER citizens have some rights of access to Pitchcroft according to the Evening News (Monday, October 30).
I worked at the end of Pitchcroft from 1944 to 1950. In those days, even on race days, people had right of way on footpaths. A policeman walked with you to the exit you wished to use.
