"STORM Tanks unable to cope" read the headline (Evening News, November 8). How strange to see the Lower Wick Sewage plant described as "state of the art" after only being in use for the last 26 years.
I would like to point out that it's not Victorian as stated by Richard Clinton. It was rebuilt in 1968 and the only part built in 1904 is the old engine house.
