DETECTIVES were today still quizzing a man arrested in connection with the Poppy Day murder of Rosemary Corcoran.
The 25-year-old woman, of Castle Vale, Birmingham, was bludgeoned to death and then dumped in an isolated lane in Rashwood, near Droitwich, on Sunday.
Police arrested Phillip Smith, aged 35, of Birmingham, on Tuesday night.
They were granted an extra 36 hours to question him by Worcester magistrates yesterday.
