OUTGOING captain Audrey Piddington presented a cheque to the tune of £1,651.30 to a representative of the Air Ambulance - her chosen charity for her year in office.
It's proved a successful term both on and off the course.
Vina Kite finished runner-up in the Birmingham Evening Mail Woman Golfer of the Year event at Gay Hill with a net return of 70 in a competition contested for between more than 50 Midlands clubs.
She also celebrated a hole in one at the Little Lakes AM/AM together with successes at Cleobury Mortimer, the Cirencester Open and the Enfield GC Invitation.
Laura Day was another to fly the club flag with pride as she recorded the best gross score at the Droitwich Girls Open, Malvern Open, Fulford Heath, Droitwich and Bromsgrove (72).
She also won the Under-21 trophy at the County Championships.
